Folding

Double gate fold on 2 folders, Gluing (Cold) is available on all 3 machines – either permanent or low tack peelable.
Mailing
1 x Hunkeler
Double gate folding and cold gluing as above. Hot melt peelable for sealing flaps on mailers.
Stitching
1 x Muller Martini Prima 5 station with full 5 knife capability
1 x Muller Martini Prima S 4 station and coverfeed with full 5 knife capability
Both machines can achieve inline gluing for stitched mailers either optipost style with a flap, sealed with low tack peelable glue or zipseal with permanent glue and tear off portion. Hot melt also available.
Paper Banding
2 x Palamides BA700
Inkjetting
2 x HP water based systems
2 x 50mm print heads with a resolution range of between 150 to 600 DPI.
System can print up to 14 spot colours plus the obligatory black.
Tabbing
2 x Automated Tabbers
Applying 1 or 2 circular labels to seal an open edge.
Tipping On
1 x Kora-packmat afixing system
Creasing
1 x Pit Stop creasing machine
Suitable for material from 80-600gsm up to 500x700mm.
