Richard Anstock – Managing Director
Richard’s career began almost 30 years ago as an estimator at Afterprint and later Atlas House before beginning a 17 year employment at Nottingham Print Finishers (later re-named Gemini Print Finishing) in 1989.
During this time he quickly climbed the career ladder and soon progressed from estimating to take the role of Production Manager.
In 1995 he became a Director working primarily on the commercial side of the business before promotion to Managing Director.
Richard’s ultimate career goal was reached in 2006 when, with the launch of Nottingham Trade Finishers he finally became his own boss! He now has a new goal in continuing the success and progression of the business.

Ian Holt – Production Manager
It was during this time he developed the ability of mastering the production of unusual and challenging designs. Ian became a shift supervisor at Gemini in 1995 and became a member of the management team in 2003.
With many years of ‘hands on’ print finishing expertise behind him, Ian worked with Richard and Emma to launch Nottingham Trade Finishers in 2006, and now takes the role of Production Manager.

Ian started work within the printing industry in 1984, working as an apprentice at Henton & Hole / Central Printing Nottingham. He joined Nottingham Print Finishers (later re-named Gemini Print Finishing) in 1989 as a guillotine operator but quickly progressed and became skilled in the operation of
stitching, folding, gluing and ink jet machinery.

Emma’s career in the industry began in 1993 when employed at Howitt Printing and carried her through to working as Assistant to the Production Director at The Sherwood Press for 4 years before settling for several years at Romo Fabrics working in Pattern Book Production which enabled her to see ‘the other side of the fence’ in a print buying and co-ordinating role.
Since the launch of Nottingham Trade Finishers in 2006, Emma has overseen the HR, Finance and Business Management areas of the business.
